Opening of a new hangar - Belgrade Airport
The project to build the newest hangar was initiated to ensure greater efficiency, safety and long-term sustainability of airport operations, as well as to improve the quality of services for airlines and passengers.
The new hangar was designed according to the most modern European standards, with the application of modern technologies for the maintenance and servicing of aircraft of all sizes, including business, private and commercial aircraft. The facility enables efficient performance of technical inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance, thereby increasing the reliability, safety and operational readiness of the aircraft.

In addition to the main space for aircraft accommodation and service, the hangar includes additional service units, storage areas for spare parts and material, modern climate control and fire protection systems, as well as special areas for electronic and mechanical diagnostics. All elements of the facility are integrated into an automated management system, which enables easier supervision, better organization of work processes, reduction of operating costs and faster response in case of emergency interventions.
The opening of a new hangar at Belgrade Airport represents a key step towards a more modern, safer and more sustainable aviation infrastructure. The project confirms the airport's commitment to improving safety standards, service quality and efficient resource management, thereby further strengthening the role of Belgrade as an important regional air traffic center.
