With this project, Sokobanja gets a modern facility that ensures efficient wastewater treatment and environmental protection. The solution was designed in accordance with European standards and contributes to the preservation of the natural values of one of the most famous tourist spas in Serbia.

Konstruktiva is carrying out construction works on the facilities of the new Ciganski Ključ wastewater treatment plant – one of the most important municipal projects in Serbia, financed by the European Union.

Finished projects

01 Collector Etra - Barajevo Barajevo Industry Phase II of the existing complex, with a total gross area of 2,400 m², has been completed – an important step in the further development of the company. The new part of the facility is intended for about 60 workers in production and administration.
02 Pools „Jezero“ - Kladovo Kladovo Public buildings The complex covers a plot of 22,548 m² and includes modern outdoor swimming pools, recreation rooms, catering facilities and administrative facilities.
03 Karaburma Belgrade – Karaburma Water & WWTP The project of extension and reconstruction of the technological waste water treatment plant (WWTP) was launched. The goal of the project is to enable a higher degree of purification of the water produced during production, before it is discharged back into the Danube River.
04 Vrbas Vrbas Water & WWTP The expansion of the filter station in Vrbas represents an important step towards a safer, cleaner and more sustainable water supply system. With this project, the city confirms its commitment to the health of its citizens, the preservation of resources and the responsible management of natural resources.
05 Vršac Vršac Water & WWTP This project represents an important step in the improvement of communal infrastructure and the preservation of the ecosystem, whereby the city confirms its commitment to environmental protection and the quality of life of its citizens.
06 Kanjiža Kanjiža Water & WWTP The municipality of Kanjiža implemented one of the most important infrastructure projects in the last few years - the construction of a modern wastewater treatment plant, with a total value of over 7 million euros.
07 Evaporator with tanks - Senta Senta Industry The project included the complete implementation - from conceptual and detailed design, through obtaining all necessary permits and consents, to the actual construction and commissioning of the facility. Our team was involved in all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and environmental requirements.
08 Prince Aviation - The airport Belgrade Airport Industry The new hangar was designed according to the most modern European standards, with the application of modern technologies for the maintenance and servicing of aircraft of all sizes, including business, private and commercial aircraft. The facility enables efficient performance of technical inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance.
09 Pancevo Oil Refinery Pančevo Industry With the completion of the works, conditions were created for the complete elimination of fuel oil production with a high sulfur content, which significantly reduces the impact on the environment and raises the level of energy efficiency.
10 Mini hydroelectric power plant - Pavlica Raška – Ibar river Energy Pavlica is not just infrastructure - it provides an example of how sustainable energy can be built with respect for nature and the local community. Methods that respect the hydromorphology of the river and enable minimal impact on biodiversity were used in the execution.
11 Mini hydro-power plant Under the City - Užice Užice – Đetinja river Energy The revitalization of the MHE Pod Gradom ensured the long-term sustainability of electricity production, reduced dependence on fossil fuels and improved energy efficiency in the region, which makes Užice a significant contribution to local energy independence and sustainable development.
